Mr. Ingles is the Deputy Director, for the Marine Corps Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Program. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, a Master of Arts in Management. He has also completed several professional schools; Amphibious Warfare School, Transportation Officers School, Marine Corps Command & Staff College, Air War College, and Armed Forces Staff College.
With a wealth of knowledge and experiences in the classroom as a certified Senior Marine Instructor at Rio Rancho High School, Rio Rancho, New Mexico, his seven years of mentoring, educating, instructing, and coaching are critical to understanding the JROTC Program.
Retiring from the Marine Corps in 2001 as a Lieutenant Colonel with over 26 years of active service, he has held a multitude of Commanders billets at the Platoon, Company, and Station level. Additionally, he has served with distinction at the highest level staffs within the Marine Corps and the Department of Defense.
A Logistics and Motor Transport Officer by MOS, he has directed staff sections at Battalion, Brigade, Marine Corps Recruiting Command, Multi-National Forces (overseas) levels and, at the United States Transportation Command (CINCTRANS). He has been a valued asset to every position he has ever held, developing commander’s guidance, policy formulation, budget management, training management, and overall planning at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
